Where do you ship from?

We’re all about bringing you the safest, most durable, and downright fun products from around the globe. That means your order is crafted and shipped from a variety of spots across the world.

When it comes to shipping internationally, we tap into our network of different courier and postal services based on the destination country. Our standard shipping details are right there in the product descriptions, so keep an eye out for those.

You will receive automatic tracking updates through the email address you registered with.

If you no longer need the product you purchased, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that the product has not been used. Please contact us, and we will guide you through the return process.

We currently accept only PayPal.

We currently do not have that option, but it is something we hope to add in the near future.

To ensure that your order is accurately verified and packed for smooth dispatch, please allow 3-5 days to prepare your items.

Your order is typically delivered on time, but occasional delays may occur. Factors beyond our control can affect delivery times, such as unforeseen circumstances caused by our delivery partners, weather disruptions, and/or system failures.

We will deliver your product within 3-15 days based on the destination country/region of shipment. Please note that your processing time and shipping speed are two completely different things. Processing time refers to the time our staff needs to handle orders for the day, including quality checks, putting orders into packages, and sending your box to the courier. Shipping speed is how fast the courier delivers the package to your country/region, and then your local post office receives it and delivers it to your doorstep.

Depending on inventory availability, we may ship items separately to ensure quick delivery to you. Once our warehouse staff confirm the availability of other items, we will ship them immediately.

Your order may incur fees or charges related to customs laws of the delivery country/region. We recommend visiting the customs agency website of your country/region to review and understand any country/region-specific customs fees, which will outline guidelines associated with such charges. how to shop

Placing an order with us is easy! Just browse our products, click the green “Add to Cart” button to add your favorite items and proceed to checkout.

After adding items to your cart, the checkout button will automatically appear on the right side of the item. If you have finished shopping and are ready to pay, just click the green checkout button. If you want to add more items to your cart, simply click the back button or click on the menu at the top bar to return to our collection page.

After clicking the “Checkout” button, it will redirect you to the “Customer Information” page. You should be able to see the items in your cart and the discount code box on the right side of the page. Please enter the promotional code in the provided box and then click the “Apply” button.

When you click the Checkout button, you will be redirected to your order summary. On the right side of the page, you should see the Gift Card or Discount Code box. Please enter the gift card code in this box and then click “Apply.”

Our prices are in US dollars. The site will read your IP location and display the local currency, but the checkout will still be in US dollars.

Unfortunately, most of our items do not restock. However, please contact our customer service team to inquire about the item you are looking for. We may be able to restock it.

Returns are accepted as long as they meet all of our return terms and conditions and the return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the delivery.

Our team does not cover the direct costs of returns. Please note that returns may sometimes take up to 15 days to reach us. If the returned item does not have a return form, the refund may take longer. Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued accordingly. Also, please note that only items in good condition and in their original branded packaging (with other appropriate external shipping packaging allowed) will be refunded. The refund delay depends on your bank and may vary. The returned order remains the buyer’s responsibility until it reaches our return address. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to the package during its delivery to our return center, nor can we provide any tracking assistance before the package is returned.

Yes. Cancellations must be made within 6 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email within 6 hours to let us know the reason you wish to cancel the order. We do not accept cancellations outside the 6-hour window and/or due to standard shipping reasons. Please note that our standard shipping has been posted in the description of each product, so all customers should be aware of this before completing the order. All refunds will be processed within 24-48 hours before the funds are reflected in the customer’s bank account. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer. Within 48 hours of receiving the order, send us an email explaining your concerns, along with pictures showing the size label and its original packaging, for a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will check/verify the photos before issuing a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse any replacements and refunds if the above standards are not met.

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us by submitting a ticket on our website. On average, it usually takes up to 10 business days for the funds to reach your bank account.
